Response from the Maryland Historical Trust (MDSHPO) regarding Joint Base Andrews' proposed Installation Development Plan (IDP) projects, including the construction of a Consolidated Communications Center, replacement of the West Side Deluge System, demolition of Buildings 3602, 3603, 3605, and 3808, and various stream outfall repairs and restorations.
