Summary
Proposed Installation of an upgraded AT&T Wireless Network at Buckley Air Force Base (AFB). This project is the proposed build-out of a 5th Generation (5G) & Long-Term Evolution (LTE) cellular network at Buckley AFB. The proposed 5G build-out will improve not only cell phone coverage and data download speeds but will also facilitate Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities, video feeds, real time HVAC monitoring, building monitoring, operation of laptops inside patrol cars, dashboard and body cams as well as provide a back-up wireless network to the base in the event of an Air Force network outage. Buckley AFB proposed "No Effect" on potential cultural resources.
