Summary

Proposed Renovation of Building 630 at Buckley Air Force Base (AFB). This project is the renovation of Building 630 (5AH.2306) on East Devils Thumb Avenue between Aspen Street and Beaver Creek Street (Appendix A). Building 630 was built in 1973 and served as an Airmen Dining Hall designed for military personnel, but was open to civilians who paid a fee. Building 630 included a casual dining room, a cafeteria, and a separate bar. Building 630 underwent major renovations in 1999 and was later converted into a base restaurant and community center in 2007. In 2020 Burger Fi proposed renovations. This document attempts to summarize those renovations and their possible effects on the fabric of Building 630.
