Summary

This project is the proposed build-out of an 11 acre RV Lot, within B Gar, consisting of 525 parking spots. The RV project APE resides along the northern edge of B Gar near 6th Avenue. The location is slightly over one mile south of the Arapahoe County and Adams County line and the legal location for the APE is the N ½ of the NW¼. Section 10, T4S, R66W. At the “site” level, the APE is immediately south of Winter Park Avenue, east of Vail Street, north of East Steamboat Avenue, and west of Winter park Place (Appendix A). In all, five sites were determined to be within the project's Area of Potential Effect (APE): 5AH.3889.1, 5AH.3891, 5AH.3892, 5AH.3890.1, 5AH.3890.2, and the report situations these sites within their historical contexts. The report evaluates the potential impact to each of these sites and makes management recommendations. There are numerous appendices, most of them individual maps or photographs, but also including (Appendix Q) a list of External Stakeholders, (Appendix R) "Buckley Discoveries of Archaeological Resources and NAGPRA Cultural Items SOP", and (Appendix S) References.
