Report and SHPO Correspondence regarding the plan to expand the existing Bare Base facility for training purposes. Project activities will consist of grubbing, grading, and adding base course, constructing perimeter security fencing, sewer, water, and electrical connections, constructing 48 concrete anchor points, and extending an asphalt driveway with a 20 car parking lot.
