Summary

Report and SHPO correspondence regarding a HH-60 Pavehawk helicopter assigned to the 48th Air Rescue Squadron, Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB), crashed on Bureau of Land Management Land (BLM) near Three Rivers, New Mexico. During the investigation, two command posts were established and a road was created. In addition, as part of the wreckage recovery effort, HAFB proposed construction of an additional road into the crash site.
