Summary
This interim report summarizes the testing and National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) evaluation of 13 sites located within the proposed Atlas Photovoltaic Development (PVD) footprint, Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB) Otero County, New Mexico. This work was performed in advance of construction activities and precedes the mitigation recommendation presented in the research design and work plan
assigned to this project. As such, this interim report serves as a notification of completion of only the testing and evaluation stage of the fieldwork carried out at each of the 13 sites. The following section provides a summary of the completed fieldwork and provides recommendations toward NRHP eligibility and future mitigation efforts for those sites that warrant additional investigations
