Summary
This project is connected to changes in range operational characteristics resulting from the proposed location of two F-16 pilot training squadrons on Holloman AFB (FONSI 29 July 2011), and addresses (1) the associated changes in range safety zone control fences and (2) changes to BLM grazing cell water supply configuration made necessary by the new fence alignment. Final alignments of the fence and waterlines will be established by cooperative, contemporary field work by BLM and Holloman AFB staff.
