The following research design outlines the proposed data recovery efforts to mitigate the adverse effects to seven archaeological sites that fall within the Atlas Photovoltaic Development (PVD) footprint. The seven sites include LA 103408 (HAR 049), LA 108699 (HAR 199), LA 111253 (HAR 232), LA 168646 (HAR 366), LA 168650 (HAR 367), LA 168653 (HAR 369) and LA 168655 (HAR 371); all are located on Holloman Air Force Base (Holloman AFB) in Otero County, New Mexico.
