Summary
Briargate Development Group commissioned environmental and archaeological assessments before constructing a 36" sanitary sewer line located near Pine Creek and I-25 on U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) property. The archaeological assessment, by Alan D. Reed of Nickens and Associates, encountered one isolated find and no cultural resource sites during survey. The environmental assessment is documented separately.
