Summary

This document is a letter from the California State Historic preservation office continuing Section 106 consultation for amendment of the Memorandum of Agreement for the D1 Circuit Replacement Project. The letter provides concurrence for 1) the amended Area of Potential Effect, 2) the previously submitted determinations of eligibility (DOE) that found archaeological sites CA-SBA-228, - 512, - 513, -722, -733, -740, -755, -756, -757, -939, -941, - 990, -1853, -1865/H, 2128H, -2352, -2471/H and -2475 eligible for the National Register (NR), 3) the previously submitted DOEs that found archaeological sites CA-SBA-1866, -2164, -2565, -3036, -3288/H, -3289, -3294, -3563h, and -3565 not eligible for the NR, 4) the Air Force's finding that the undertaking will adversely affect archaeological site CA-SBA-1865/H, and 5) and lastly the SHPO agrees to amend the Memorandum of Agreement to address the adverse affect to CA-SBA-1865/H.
