Summary
This document is a letter from the California State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO) regarding the Determination of Eligibility for Five Rock Art Sites and Long-Term Stabilization of Swordfish Cave. The SHPO wrote that they were unable to concur on the eligibility of Swordfish Cave based on the criteria under which the determination was submitted. The remaining four sites were not part of the project and therefore the SHPO questioned why they were submitted as part of this consultation and therefore did not provide concurrence.
