Summary
This document is a Section 110 report that includes the evaluation of cultural resources for eligibility for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Numerous archaeological excavation projects have occurred on Vandenberg Space Force Base, wherein a sufficient amount of data has been obtained to evaluate the eligibility of a prehistoric archaeological site for listing on the National Register, but the federal agency eligibility determination was never presented to the State Historic Preservation Officer for consensus determination. This report presents evaluations for 15 prehistoric archaeological sites located in Zones 3-5 on north Vandenberg Space Force Base.
