Summary
This document is a letter from the California State Historic Preservation Office for the National Reconnaissance Office Western Processing Facility construction project. The letter briefly reiterates the project as described by the transmittal letter sent to the SHPO. It also reiterates the description of the archaeological site CA-SBA-3575H as well as two archaeological sites, CA-SBA-3581 and -3583, that were submitted for concurrence on their determinations of eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places (NR). The letter provides concurrence 1) for the delineation of the project area of potential effect (APE), 2) for the determinations of eligibility for CA-SBA-3581 and -3583, and 3) for the project finding of no historic properties affected.
