Summary

This document is a report that summarizes the archeological field investigations conducted on sites SBa-1060, SBa-939, SBa-513, and SBa-1853, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. These studies consisted of determination of site boundaries and characteristics, evaluation of site eligibility for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places, and assessment of potential impacts associated with fiber optic cable installation. The field studies were carried out during April 16-21, 1984 by Earth Technology archeologist, Mr. David Rhode, and Santa Inez Chumash Tribe archeological observer, Ms. Juanita Centeno, at the direction of Mr. Howard Watts, AFRCE.
