This document is the State Historic Preservation Officer's (SHPO) concurrence letter for the decommissioning of Missile Alert Facility (MAF-D0) and Launch Facility (LF-26).

This SHPO concurrence letter is in response to VAFB 30 CES/CD letter dated December 15, 2008. Note: the SHPO letter references a "Mobile Alert Facility", but the correct terminology should have been "Missile Alert Facility."
