Summary
This document is an archaeological investigation that was conducted for the proposed Taurus launch facility located on Vandenberg Air Force Base. The areas examined consisted of two 40 acre parcels and a proposed road widening area. The investigation included a literature search and intensive surface survey. While cultural resource were noted within the 40 acre survey area, no prehistoric or historic resources were encountered within the proposed impact zones.
