Data recovery at the Mary Ann Cole Site (12CR1) in Crawford County, Indiana, consisted of archaeological excavations at the site and a geologic survey of lithic resources in nearby uplands. Excavations in the preservation area exposed the remnants of the planter’s house and a nearby outbuilding.
