SRP is proposing the Coolidge Expansion Project, which entails the expansion of and upgrades to the Coolidge Generating Station on SRP-owned land in Coolidge, Pinal County, Arizona. The project would require a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility (CEC) from the ACC. SRP contracted SWCA to support the CEC application process, including conducting a cultural resources survey.
