McGhee & Associates (FLMA) archaeologists conducted an intensive survey for Alan Plummer Associates in support of the City of San Marcos’ installation of a twelve inch reclaimed waterline to the TXI facility near York Creek. Approximately 3.4 miles of pipeline are to be installed via trenching, with boring being conducted underneath IH-35 and two railroad lines.
