A Cultural Resources Inventory of 12 Hectares on Holloman Air Force Base, Otero County, New Mexico (1992)
Report and SHPO correspondence for the inventory required as a result of a change in the scope in the construction of a helicopter landing and hanger area. The inventory identified no artifacts, features, or sites in the proposed project area. The Corps is of the opinion that the undertaking will have no effect on the cultural resources of the region.
A Cultural Resources Inventory of 3.5 Acres near San Andres and Dog Canyons, Otero County, New Mexico (1992)
On March 2, 1992, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers archaeologist conducted an intensive cultural resources inventory of three small areas south of Alamogordo, Otero County, New Mexico. The survey was conducted for Holloman Air Force Base in anticipation of the drilling of water test wells at the project sites. No artifacts, features, or sites were encountered during survey. The Corps is of the opinion that drilling activities will have no effect on the cultural properties of the area.
