The COP intends to construct a 10-ft-wide asphaltic multi-use path (MUP) and two grade-separation structures between the Arizona Canal and the Arizona Canal Diversion Channel (ACDC) to segregate pedestrian and bicycle traffic from vehicular traffic at the intersection of 51st Avenue and Cactus Road in the west portion of Phoenix, and the east portion of Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona (Figure 1).
