In May-July 1996, Phase II archaeological assessments were conducted at 11 prehistoric sites located on Laughlin Air Force Base, Val Verde County, Texas. As a result of the Phase I archaeological survey by the University of Texas at San Antonio's Center for Archaeological Research, the sites were recommended as potentially eligible for inclusion to the National Register of Historic Places.
