This report presents the results of a historic property identification and assessment of effects for the proposed modifications of static rocket Test Stand 1-A (TS1-A). The TSl-A is a rocket test stand located within the Phillips Laboratory area at Edwards Air Force Base. No new construction will be undertaken for this effort.
