This project is for the purchase of land in Blossom Point, Maryland which is currently leased by the Government for use by the Harry Diamond Laboratories (HDL) as a field test area, part of which is utilized through an out-grant from HDL to the Navy for use by the Navy as a communication station to contact earth satellites.
