Twenty-eight pollen and twenty-five flotation samples have been analyzed from sites SBa 19, SBa 19 West, and SBa 1213 in Santa Barbara County, California. Although radiocarbon dates are not yet available, the Ocean Meadows site (SBa 19) appears to include two components, which date to approximately 2,000 BC to 0 AD and 1400 to 1600 AD.
