(S&ME), on behalf of Wyatt Realty Investment Opportunity Fund, has completed a Phase I archaeological survey of approximately 338 acres in Areas A, B, and D and Phase II testing at sites 38AK940 and 38AK1015 at the Sage Mill/Pine Tree Tract in Aiken County, South Carolina (Figures 1 and 2).
