The Texas Historical Commission received and reviewed documentation submitted by Fort Sam Houston for the proposed plan to adaptively use Building 70, a general storehouse, for shower and latrine facilities. The building was constructed in 1916 as a shop and carriage house and is constructed in brick. The Texas Historical Commission has received and reviewed additional documentation from Fort Sam Houston for the adaptive use of Building 70, a general storehouse located in the corner of the Quadrangle, for shower and latrine facilities. The Commission requests additional design development documents to confirm determination of "no adverse effect."
