As one of the Bureau of Indian Affairs' affirmative actions to meet its responsibilities for compliance with section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), as amended, a cultural rsources survey was carried out on September 20, 28, and October 13, 1988 for a proposed BIA Branch of Roads reconstruction and paving project on the Salt River Project-Maricopa Indian Reservation in Maricopa County, Arizona.
