On November 21, 2003 a Phase I reconnaissance survey for cultural resources was conducted at the proposed locations of two instrument stations for evapotranspiration monitoring. The instrument stations are located on Arnold Engineering Development Center/Arnold Air Force Base (AEDC/AAFB).
