Phase II archeological site evaluation of two precontact sites in Moreau and Ft. Edward, NY, on the Hudson River. Locational information redacted since not all of the site was mitigated during the subsequent Phase III survey. MB #81 on the east bank of the river in Ft. Edward dates to the Late Archaic period. MB #33 on the west bank of the river in Moreau dates to the Late Woodland. This site was later partly mitigated.
