On behalf of the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District contracted Potomac-Hudson Engineering, Inc. (PHE) to complete an eligibility assessment of Cold War Era resources at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, Burlington and Ocean Counties, New Jersey.
