At the request of Mr. John Cichon of President Partners LP, Archaeological Consulting Services, Ltd. (ACS) conducted archaeological monitoring during rehabilitation of the Palm Oasis apartment complex in, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. Rehabilitation activities would include replacing utility lines and demolishing five buildings.
