The Fetzer Ranch property is located in the northeastern Tucson Basin. Development of the property by the owner, Saguaro Utah, is subject to cultural resources management for Pima County permitting. On December 14, 2006, under contract with Outpost Development, SWCA Environmental Consultants (SWCA) completed the fieldwork component of National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) eligibility testing at AZ BB:9:413 (ASM).
