On May 5 and 9, 1994, SWCA, Inc. Environmental Consultants performed a cultural resources assessment of 49 proposed test pit and bore hole sites located on Tonto National Forest lands, Bureau of Land Management lands, and privately held lands. Several areas (pad sites) will potentially be used for placement of multiple test pits and/or bore holes.
