This research design addresses a required archeological compliance project on the Army Research Laboratory (ARL), and is associated with the proposed construction of a building and a parking lot. The action is located on ARL's White Oak Laboratory immediately north of the 1-95, Capital Beltway near Silver Spring, Maryland. The facility is owned by the United States Government.
