This cultural resource and probability analysis report includes the addition of all cultural resource sites added to the Alaska Heritage Resources Survey (AHRS) and all cultural resource surveys conducted on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) and reported on between October 2011 and March 2015. It also includes updated prehistorical and historical contexts. Updates have been made to Sections 1.0, 1.2.3, 1.2.4, 2.0, 3.1, 3.2, 4.0, 5.0, and Appendix A.

Cultural Resources Survey for Watershed Enhancements at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (Draft) (2013)
Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) had proposed to conduct watershed and fishery enhancement activities in the Otter Creek and Six mile Creek watersheds within the boundaries of the installation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), on behalf of the 673d Civil Engineer Squadron, Environmental Conservation Section, contracted AECOM Technical Services (AECOM) to perform cultural resources surveys of the project's APE at Otter Creek and six mile Creek.
