In 2008, Meridian Engineering Company (Meridian) requested that SWCA Environmental Consultants (SWCA) conduct a cultural resources record search and a due diligence pedestrian survey within an approximately 20-acre parcel for planning purposes, in anticipation of purchasing the property.
