Report and SHPO correspondence regarding the plan to construct property boundary and road right-of-way (ROW) fences at two locales: the Boles Wells Water System Annex (BWWSA, Area 1) and the north Main Base (Area 2). Project activities will consist of installing 4- strand barbed wire fences along current base boundary lines at both locales, and along a road ROW in Area 1, to stop trespassing.

Between November 1995 and June 1996, Geo-Marine, Inc. (GMI), conducted intensive cultural resources inventory survey on 15,955 acres of Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB)-administered properties in the Tularosa Basin, Otero County, New Mexico.
