During the 1987 field season Alice Tratebas located fifty-one sites on the F.E. Warren main base. Of those sites, thirty were recommended as significant. During the 1995 field season, twenty of the fifty-one sites recorded by Tratebas were tested by Frontier Cultural Services. During the 1987 field season Alice Tratebas and Tetra-Tech Consultants located fifty-one sites on F.E. Warren AFB during surveys for Explosive Ordnance Demolition (EOD). Few of these sites were adequately tested or evaluated for National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) eligibility at the time, and the final report for Tratebus' work was never completed.
