Summary

During the 1987 field season Alice Tratebas and Tetra-Tech Consultants located fifty-one sites on F.E. Warren AFB during surveys for Explosive Ordnance Demolition (EOD). Few of these sites were adequately tested or evaluated for National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) eligibility at the time, and the final report for Tratebus' work was never completed. During the 1995 field season, twenty of the fifty-one sites recorded by Tratebas were tested by Frontier Cultural Services (FCS). After testing the sites, Frontier Cultural Services made recommendations for the sites' eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places or for more testing and evaluation work. This report provides data compiled from Tratebas' 1987 field notes and draft report chapters, Tetra-Tech's reports and Frontier Cultural Services 1995 testing repot on 10 of the sites. The 10 remaining tested sites need additional research or testing and will be documented in future report.

Only one of the tested sites meets the criteria for eligibility for the National Register. The other nine sites are not eligible.
