This document is a report that documents the excavation of two test units at archaeological sites CA-SBA-1013 and CA-SBA-3615 on Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB). During September 2000, approximately 9,000 acres on VAFB were burned in the Harris Wildfire. Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) utility poles damaged during the fire had to be replaced in order to provide the U.S. Air Force with continued support.
