This document presents the eleventh annual (Year 11) report detailing the management of historic properties by the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (PMGAA) at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (Gateway) from 1 May 2008 to 30 September 2009.
