In consultation with the Arizona State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), HALLIBURTON NUS conducted a preliminary data collection effort and "Class I Overview" of the Williams AFB property and surrounding area. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (PMGA), administered by PMGAA, is upgrading and modernizing its runways and taxiways with new pavement and shoulders, drainage, and installation of utility conduits for lighting along the taxiway.
