In 1989, USACE, Kansas City District contracted with Commonwealth Cultural Resources Group (CCRG) to conduct Phase II testing at known sites on the Harry S. Truman Reservoir in Benton, Henry, Hickory, and St. Clair counties, Missouri (Contract No. DACW41-89-C-0102).
