The COP conducted road improvement and storm drain upgrades along 35th in southwest Phoenix. These improvements include new road construction (that is, widening), the installation of new fire hydrants and catch basins, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, bus bays, signs, trees, and trenching for new storm drains and connectors.
