AZ T:12:397 (ASM) is a historic canal exposure uncovered on the north side of McDowell Road. Archaeological monitoring of the excavations for waterline improvement uncovered a historic canal (AZ T:12:397 [ASM]). The canal was minimally exposed and its National Register eligibility cannot be assessed at this time. No further archaeological work is recommended for this project.
