An archaeological testing program was undertaken at a portion of Pueblo del Alamo (AZ T:12:18 ASU). The project area encompasses 10 acres and contains a part of the site. Forty-one trenches were placed, systematically and judgmentally, within the 10 acre parcel. Thirty-five cultural features were found. An archaeological survey of a portion of Dead Horse Ranch State Park, Yavapai County, Arizona, was completed for the Arizona Department of Transportation and Arizona State Parks by SWCA, Inc., Environmental Consultants, under contract to Entranco Engineers, Inc., in July 1990.
