At the request of the Salt River Project, the Museum of Northern Arizona conducted an archaeological clearance investigation of a proposed additional access road to the Coronado Generating Station near St. Johns, Arizona. Archaeological Subsurface Testing for the Removal of Pipeline Utilities Under the Installation Restoration Program at Bellows Air Force Station, Waimanalo, Ko`olaupoko District, O`ahu, Hawai`i (2001)
The results of a subsurface inventory survey conducted at Bellows Air Force Station (BAFS) are reported. The survey area followed a 1.8 km fuel pipeline and transected BAFS from Keolu Hills to Waimanalo Bay. Twenty-three backhoe trenches and three controlled test units were excavated.
