Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted an intensive cultural resources survey of the 102 acre Avanti Tract in northern Charleston County, South Carolina in September 2004. The project tract is located near Ladson, SC on Ladson Road, directly across from its intersection with Jamison Road.
